Work

We are at the starting line.

CalmDevLabs is a young studio, and we would rather show you an honest empty shelf than a borrowed portfolio. This page will fill with real work as we ship it.

How we will present work here

When projects ship, each case study will include the problem, the requirements, our technical approach and architecture, honest lessons learned — and outcomes only where they were actually measured. Every entry will be labeled for exactly what it is:

  • Client project — paid engagement, described with the client's permission.
  • Personal project — built by us, on our own time, to solve a real problem.
  • Open source — public code you can inspect yourself.
  • Experiment — a prototype or learning project, labeled as such.

You will never find a learning project dressed up as a client engagement here, or a testimonial nobody wrote.

What we are looking for

Our first client projects will likely be: an AI pilot — a document Q&A assistant, a support chatbot, or one automated workflow — a focused Android app, a business web application, an HR portal module, or taking over an existing codebase that needs steady hands. If that sounds like your situation, we would like to hear from you — early clients get our full attention and our best work.
